Little Italy (Preston Street)

Situated just west of Centertown, Little Italy is one of Ottawa’s most lively communities. Bordering Bronson Avenue and Chinatown, Little Italy is a small neighbourhood with plenty to offer, especially in terms of pubs and restaurants.

The area also offers plenty of outdoor attractions including Dow’s Lake and the NCC trail system. With one of the few O-Train stops, and plenty of OC transpo accessibility, Little Italy conveniently allows for moving about the city.

Little Italy is quite popular with Carleton Students and young professionals because of its proximity to the University, downtown and due to the cultural atmosphere that makes the neighbourhood so unique.
